Happy Hooves invites you to come see what we are all about. 

Volunteers from GE help upgrade the Sensory Trail on HOG Day 2011.

There are many ways for you to get involved with Happy Hooves.  Here are just a few: 

Volunteering- Many opportunities are available for volunteering from sidewalking during a therapy lesson to helping with crafts during a field trip to helping with one of our fundraising events.  Volunteers are what make Happy Hooves so successful!

Donating- Of course money is always welcome! (As a 501 (c) (3), any monetary donation to Happy Hooves is tax-deductible!) Many of our therapy lesson students are able to benefit only through kind donations of scholarships.  We do, however, welcome donations of supplies as well.  If you have old horse tack lying around collecting dust, we will happily clean it up and put it to good use.  Happy Hooves can also use any farms maintenance and therapy lesson supplies as well.  (We were all very excited to receive 12 large traffic cones this year.  These have been used to help with therapy lessons as well as parking during horse shows!) 

Special Events - Throughout the year, there are special events such as our own horse shows, the Beach Ball, our golf tournament, and our Happy Hooves Harvest.  Sponsorships for the events as well as volunteers and supplies are all necessary for each event’s success!  Don’t forget, you can always come to the event as a participant.  Check our website for the latest information on upcoming events!

Spread the word - Word of mouth is one of the greatest advertisers!  So, Happy Hooves asks you to help us share our mission with others.  Email your friends and family about upcoming events, like our Facebook page, or simply tell others what Happy Hooves does.

Your involvement allows Happy Hooves to enhance the lives of individuals in the Upstate of South Carolina through Equine assisted activities and therapies.
